During onboarding, we work with you to build a leader profile — your principles, non-negotiables, decision style, and philosophy in each area of the business. This is then used to train the AI response engine. The more detailed and honest the profile, the more useful the output.

Every response comes with a clear disclaimer: this is AI-generated, it may be incomplete, and your own judgement always takes priority. Sensitive situations are automatically flagged with a prompt to speak to the leader directly before acting. The tool is a support, not a replacement.

Starter and Team plans include one leader profile. Enterprise plans support multiple profiles — useful for organisations with multiple senior leaders covering different functions.

Each AI session — a question and full response — costs a small amount to generate. The Team plan is designed for up to 150 sessions per user per month, which is well above typical real-world usage. We'll contact you before any charges apply if your team is an outlier.

Each client instance is fully isolated — there is no shared data between organisations. Leader profiles and scenario inputs are not used to train any AI models. Full data processing agreement available on request.

Enterprise plans include full white-labelling — your logo, colours, and brand. Each deployment is a standalone branded instance, not a shared platform.
