Fill in the setup form

The form asks you to describe how you actually think — your principles, your non-negotiables, how you'd approach different types of situations across the topics that matter to your business.

There are no right answers. The more honest and specific you are, the more useful the tool will be. You're not writing a policy document — you're capturing how you genuinely lead.

What you'll be asked: Your leadership philosophy. How you approach decisions across the topics relevant to your organisation. What you always say yes to. What you never compromise on. When your team should always come to you directly.

We build your tool

Once we receive your submission, we use your answers to configure your personalised Ask Your Manager tool. This typically takes 24–48 hours.

We may get in touch if anything needs clarifying — but in most cases, the form gives us everything we need to get started straight away.

What happens to your answers: Your form responses are used solely to configure your tool. They are not stored, shared, or used to train any external AI model. See the privacy section below.

You receive your link

We send you a private link to your tool — branded with your organisation's name. Share it with your team however you like: a Slack message, an email, a pinned note in Notion.

No logins. No app to install. Just a link your team can bookmark and use whenever they need it.

After launch: Review it with your team after the first couple of weeks. Does it sound like you? Are there situations it's not handling well? We offer one free refinement pass within the first 30 days.

Be direct, not polished

Don't write what sounds good. Write what's true. Your team will get more value from honest, blunt answers than careful corporate ones.

No personal data in the tool

The finished tool will remind your team not to include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in their questions.

It evolves with you

As your thinking develops, you can update your profile. Paid plans include annual profile refresh as standard.

Data & privacy

Your answers are yours. Full stop.

We know you'll be sharing how you genuinely think — your real principles, real values, real stances. That's sensitive. Here's exactly what happens with it:

  • Used only to build your tool. Your form responses configure your Ask Your Manager instance. Nothing else.
  • Not shared with third parties. Your profile is not sold, shared, or visible to other organisations.
  • Not used to train AI models. Your answers do not contribute to any external AI training data.
  • Deleted on request. If you close your account, your profile and all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
